I engaged this solicitor during a highly stressful and complex employment matter and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sadly, as the same as a number of other reviewers, my case was allocated to HF via Admiral. They have been absolutely appalling, would have done a better job myself. No one answers calls, circular options on the messaging service, claim handlers have either left or are off, or just have no basic understanding of replying to clients. Send emails late on a Friday and tell me I must reply with lots of info/reports by 9am Monday when I'm away on holiday. No details re whether received witness statements etc, no replies to emails...have a court case at 10am tomorrow morning, no idea of process etc, have been asked to let them know re 50/50 settlement request from other party but have no-one to discuss with (don't want to accept anyway as wasn't my fault) but had a few questions which I emailed them about 10 days ago...avoid like the plague, can't believe anyone would ever pay for this service

Insurers - particularly the other side’s, were poor in their prosecution and ultimate closing out of an unwitnessed collision. Other party submitted claim (against myself personally, rather than my insurer, which was stressful) via county court. HF’s J Roberts dealt with procedural stuff, filing defense, preparing statement and appointing / briefing barrister. Still surprised and confused as to why it went to court but main thing is I won:)

Very professional and responsive. It was a pleasure do deal with Stephen Ball, he provided regular updates and deliver first class service. Always replying to emails within the same day and always answering the phone. He was able to resolve the issue in our favour within a week. The insurance claim was on going for nearly a year. 5 stars service
