Zac was fantastic throughout the whole process of helping us set up a share scheme for our staff. Legal processes are not usually something I enjoy. We engaged Zhaleh Hawkins in a fact finding and learning review of a long running and complex case involving a a grievance, a complaint and a conduct hearing. Zhaleh engaged with key stakeholders and quickly determined that there were a number of recommended improvements to our processes and practices that would ensure that case management is more effective in future. She also pointed out issues with our procedures and proposed improvements in the training we provide for those involved in case management and hearing panels. It was important that this review was undertaken with impartiality as senior stakeholders involved in the case had very different perspectives on how it had been managed and whether the panel decision had been appropriate. Zhaleh provided that impartiality, respecting all perspectives, and submitted a very balanced report. I would definitely recommend Zhaleh to others and would engage her in future if a complex case needs external investigation.
