I signed up after seeing either a Facebook advert or receiving a cold text about PCP/car finance compensation. At the time, I was going through an extremely stressful period in my life involving divorce, housing uncertainty, financial problems, menopause and ongoing personal difficulties. I believed I was only making an initial enquiry for information. I tried to cancel almost immediately afterwards but struggled to even find out who I had signed up with, as I had no clear confirmation initially. I later decided to pursue the finance complaint myself directly with the finance company, only to be told another company was already acting on my behalf. I have requested cancellation several times by phone and email, but I continue to receive correspondence and the matter still does not appear to have been closed. The whole experience has caused unnecessary stress and delays at a time when I was already overwhelmed. I personally felt the process was unclear and difficult to stop once signed up. Their communication is slow to non-existent waiting weeks to reply for an email. Please just stop.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this firm. My personal experience was extremely disappointing. The other party admitted liability at an early stage, so I expected my injury claim to be dealt with efficiently. Instead, the case took years to settle and was repeatedly delayed. The firm instructed a medical expert whose evidence appeared to be seriously flawed. There was confusion regarding which knee was being assessed, raising concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the report. I was initially advised that my claim could be worth around £15,000, only to be told later to accept a significantly lower settlement because the medical evidence obtained on my behalf was problematic and, according to the advice I received, could be challenged if the matter proceeded to court. Communication throughout the case was poor. Emails often went unanswered, staff frequently changed, and my file was passed between multiple case handlers. As a result, I repeatedly found myself having to explain the history of my case from the beginning. I raised a formal complaint, parts of which were upheld by the firm. However, I was offered only £500 compensation, which I do not consider adequate given the delays, poor communication, and handling of my claim. As a result, I have escalated my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman and await their determination. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
