BBS Law have been excellent sorting out my mother's Will and then I sold the house as it was too big for me, and BBS Law helped with sorting out the sale and purchase of my new property. My mother had a flat which,when she died could not be sold as nobody had the authority , as no one had a LPA. Kerry had to apply for probate which was further complicated by the fact that the executors to the will had all died. . Between Avi and Safiyah in the conveyancing dept and Kerry in the Probate dept, BBS managed to get all the appropriate court orders and eventually after a long time the flat has now been sold. The price quoted by each side was the price I paid at completion and there were no hidden extras. Advice was always available at the end of a phone call or emails. They were so professional and attentive to detail that I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you BBS for a job well done.

All round brilliant team at OGR. After being badly let down by another solicitor, Priti Shah sorted our parents' probates quickly and efficiently. She is very knowledgeable and on the ball and structured things in such a way she saved us lots of money. We also had conveyancing done by Ben Menaham which was smooth and hassle free and overseen by Michael Stock. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Harry Wilshaw at Orwins. He has recently acted for us on the purchase of a track adjoining our property, which turned out to be considerably more complicated than we had originally anticipated. Harry was thorough and persistent in working through the historic title documents and investigating the various rights affecting the land. He took the time to explain the issues clearly, kept us informed throughout and made sure we understood exactly what we were buying and what the implications were for us as owners. Importantly, when additional third-party rights came to light, Harry explained the implications and pursued the matter on our behalf, ultimately helping us secure a £20,000 reduction in the purchase price. We really appreciated his attention to detail, his clear advice and the way he worked to protect our interests throughout the transaction. Buying property can be stressful, particularly when unexpected complications arise, but Harry gave us confidence that the details were being properly investigated and dealt with. We are delighted that the purchase has now completed and are very grateful for all his hard work. One particularly memorable example of Harry’s commitment was when he sent us an important document at 1am, just before he was due to go on holiday, so that we could provide it to our barrister. I cannot recommend Temilola at Orwins highly enough. I initially worked with Temilola on a patient infringement matter a few years ago, and more recently she assisted us with a copyright infringement case involving a particularly difficult opposing party. Temilola stepped in and handled the negotiations brilliantly. I had been prepared to settle for a considerably higher amount, but she encouraged me to keep negotiating rather than accept the first figure. She ultimately secured a settlement that was significantly lower and saved me a considerable amount of money. What really stood out was how well she communicated throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and checked in at every stage to make sure I was comfortable with what was being proposed before moving forward. Despite the circumstances, she made what could have been a very stressful process feel incredibly smooth. She was professional, strategic, persistent and, most importantly, genuinely made me feel that she was in my corner.
