J D Spicer withdrew after conviction. Did not appear for sentencing and offerred no grounds for appeal, causing manesfestive excess sentencing in absentia.

I was going to write a full explanation of what happened but there isn't the space. The situation wasn't clear explained by the solicitor meaning that i eneded up going to court and having to find the Duty solicitor who had very limited time for me to explain had happened. I complained to the boss to my knowledge about the overall dealings and he how badly a member of staff behave was in putting down the phone on me. The complaint was not unheld. I'm sure that they could easily reply on here that they looked into it and there was no basis all i would say look at my review of another solicitor who had to help me clean up the mess!

Overall, a great service from the team, who helped represent my brother in Magistrates Court. My brother has mental health problems and can be slow of difficult to deal with, so it was valuable that the JD Spicer Zeb team, especially Barry Linnane, applied patience and attention to his case and did a great job representing him.
