Had a very positive experience and legal guidance from both, Jenny and Chris. Jenny supported me with my divorce journey and all legal implications of that. Chris and his team successfully helped me with Transfer of Equity on my property and dealing with various impacted parties to achieve that. At no point during the conveyancing process were we made aware of the compliance requirements relating to septic tanks. As a result, we have now been required to replace the septic tank at significant personal expense amounting to £9,789.32. In short, no I do not recommend BSandI. We will be seeking further legal advice regarding potential negligence on the part of this conveyancing solicitor.
