My vendor was a very large company with many signatories which delayed things hugely but Christopher was very professional thoughtful the full process and his knowledge and experience of purchasing land was without doubt a great asset.

At no point during the conveyancing process were we made aware of the compliance requirements relating to septic tanks. As a result, we have now been required to replace the septic tank at significant personal expense amounting to £9,789.32. In short, no I do not recommend BSandI. We will be seeking further legal advice regarding potential negligence on the part of this conveyancing solicitor.
