Carina is a client-focused professional and was always accessible throughout my complex flat sale. She consistently kept me informed of risks and developments and ensured the sale completed despite multiple challenges and previous fall-through. She handled the various complex stakeholders, from management companies to the buyer’s solicitors with confidence and professionalism. When Carina was away, her team knew exactly where matters stood and could locate documents and answer questions without delay. She also gave advance notice of any planned absence so I could plan ahead. Communication was excellent, with real-time progress updates throughout, she was just a phone call / email away. Carina and the team at Elite were very friendly, helpful and supportive in guiding us through the the selling process. Just what's required during a period that can be very stressful. Although a large part of the communication was conducted via email, it was possible to speak to Carina, when clarification was needed. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Eloise Herdman assisted in the probate/trust/IHT issues I had re my mother and father’s estate. She was so professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manner especially as I was overwhelmed by the legalities of everything. She communicated regularly at each stage of the process and I am so pleased with the level of service I received especially at such a sensitive time.
