      Absolute incompetence—failed me twice and wasted thousands in legal fees

      I want to share my experience with Lawdit Solicitors and their franchise partner. Their gross negligence cost me thousands in legal fees and months of unnecessary stress. They failed me twice on the exact same case: First, their lawyer failed to explain the risks of signing a PG with the landlord when I signed the lease contract. Because they did not give me proper legal advice, I was left entirely unprotected. Second, they failed to do basic due diligence on an incoming buyer. They never verified the buyer's financials, which caused the entire deal to collapse at the last minute and wasted four valuable months of my time.Because of their mistakes, I lost my legal fees and achieved absolutely nothing. This firm and their franchise partner are unprofessional and careless.

      An Exceptional Team Of Solicitors

      What was initially a simple property purchase turned into a very complex situation with lots of unknown external issues. Owen White dealt with the whole matter with ease, professionalism and throughout the whole process was approachable and reactive. Zohaib Tahir who also worked on my case with Owen has also been outstanding, extremely efficient, great to deal with and again very talented. Inam Ali who leads the team is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable of the law and clearly a very senior solicitor who has vast legal experience. All three solicitors made me feel at ease, dealt with matters swiftly and proactively and were a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise this firm enough and would not hesitate in recommending them to all for any property matters. I will use these solicitors for all matters in the future.

      Delayed private pension payment

      After a year of frustrating and fruitless attempts to obtain payment from a deceased persons private pension to their legitimate heir, contacted Lawdit Solicitors who recommended a form of words to be used to overcome the pension providers endless excuses. Within 4 working days the payment was made accompanied by an email apologising for the long delay and poor customer service. Hats off to Mark Reed at Lawdit for providing the key to unlocking this pension problem. The beneficiary could not be happier and has made favourable comparisons betweek UK, as opposed to US, law firms. Well done.
