My wife and I, with no dependants, decided it was high time to make proper provisions as to how we would wish our assets to be used if either or both of us lost our ability to make rational decisions and on our passings, that our funerals could be properly arranged and our bequests go to both our friends and good causes without any hitches. Using a regulated firm of solicitors was our desired choice and following discussions at the offices of our local firm that had acted for us in property transaction previously we decided on Judge & Priestley. Russell Ali there was able to guide us through the processes needed and prepare our Wills and Powers of Attorney documents for us at a fair, fixed price. We are both more than happy with Russell's professionalism. An "excellent" rating is more than justified.

I made contact with the firm by phone, and was given the name of the solicitor who would be dealing with our case. We met Russell Ali face to face in a couple of days or so. Everything went well. I contact Judge & Priestley to update my then current Will.
