Based on my positive experience with Aletta Shaw back in 2018, I decided to use their services again, to settle my settlement agreement with my employer. We made an appointment, we checked every line of the agreement, every confusing point was elaborated, the solicitor identified a few points to push back. Then, for over a week, diligently, the solicitor chased my employer to rectify those points. The final result was achieved and I am very happy with it. Very pleasant (again) with the quality of the service and I will happily recommend Aletta Shaw again and again.

I bought my house using Aletta Shaw a couple of years ago. They were clumsy during the process. Completed in January, settled up their bill - Ok, Fine. Then in February, they contacted me to let me know they had forgotten to charge me for something. less than £300. Not ideal. Paid it. Ok, Fine. Then in DECEMBER, they contacted me to let me know they had missed something else. £1400! This time i was more hard up due to a personal situation. They threatened a formal debt recovery avenue and i paid up. Not Fine. An unpleasant experience. Sloppy. Avoid.
