My wife and I, with no dependants, decided it was high time to make proper provisions as to how we would wish our assets to be used if either or both of us lost our ability to make rational decisions and on our passings, that our funerals could be properly arranged and our bequests go to both our friends and good causes without any hitches. Zara Packard very unprofessional individual. I requested the outcome of my case but constantly asking for reference number first then asking why you need to know the outcome. Only rang me once for the case and didn't get to talk to me. No email no nothing. A waste of time this solicitor is. Deserves No stars at all.
