Sarah was brilliant and reinstilled my faith in British law and justice! On a personal level her empathy, understanding and advice has so far been exemplary and invaluable (especially as it has allowed me to get some much needed sleep!!). Sarah understood my complex situation and made some excellent suggestions which I am seriously considering. When my situation clarifies, then for sure I will employ Sarah for the rest of the process.
I have sold two houses with Judge and Priestley and they have done a superb job on both occasions. They are consistently professional, reliable and friendly. In my recent sale there were some challenges on the other side - the buyer's solicitors were disorganised and unresponsive - but Kavitha and her team managed the situation superbly to get the sale completed. I have found J&P very quick to respond to any queries I had by email or by phone and they gave me good advice when I needed it. Kavitha is a consummate professional and I was very pleased with the service she offered. I would absolutely use them a third time.

My wife and I, with no dependants, decided it was high time to make proper provisions as to how we would wish our assets to be used if either or both of us lost our ability to make rational decisions and on our passings, that our funerals could be properly arranged and our bequests go to both our friends and good causes without any hitches. Using a regulated firm of solicitors was our desired choice and following discussions at the offices of our local firm that had acted for us in property transaction previously we decided on Judge & Priestley. Russell Ali there was able to guide us through the processes needed and prepare our Wills and Powers of Attorney documents for us at a fair, fixed price. We are both more than happy with Russell's professionalism. An "excellent" rating is more than justified.

I cannot recommend David and the Private Client team highly enough. Following the death of my father, David assisted me with obtaining probate and the administration of the estate. If you are looking for an experienced wills and probate specialist, I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
