I have been using J&P for a number of years, recently Kimberley Stewart and Chloe Starck offered first class service (which is standard for Chloe) for a recent purchase and sale. Quite simply they remove all the stress, communication from Chloe is second to none and I cannot rate J&P highly enough.
Although my partner and I had a very bumpy, stressful and drawn-out property purchase, your staff in the conveyancing team were exceptional and a constant support throughout. Louise’s friendly and attentive attitude made J&P stand out against other solicitor quotes that we received. She was consistently friendly and understanding despite us constantly facing setbacks. Following Louise’s leave, Debbie never failed to provide excellent service, she is a credit to the team, and was always professional, friendly and efficient. Responses were prompt and direct - service was faultless. Maria supported throughout and she also sustained a very high level of service which makes this team easy to recommend to anyone else moving home. Awful experience with James Pullen who wasn’t a competent or practical enough solicitor to get my purchase through to completion and as a result I had to withdraw from my onward purchase just before exchange and lost my buyer in the process. An absolute waste of 6 months and am now at the start line all over again. Do yourself a favour and avoid. EDIT: In response to your reply, James must have many of his clients chains fall through if he is unable to remember this. He caused me a lot of distress this year so I’m not going to allow him or Judge & Priestley to cause me any further distress on the matter.
We were interested to read your comments about J&P. On inspection of our records, we cannot find a direct reference to you as a conveyancing client of ours. Mr Pullen is an experienced and professional property solicitor, and he is most distressed by your comments. Of course, conveyancing transactions can occasionally fall through, especially if there is a chain involved. I would highly recommend James Ray and specifically Orla Ferris from the Sidcup Office. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive and extremely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to answer any questions I had. Buying a property can be stressful, but their knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process feel much easier and gave me real peace of mind. James and Orla were amazing with our recent flat purchase!. They were professional, supportive, responsive and always made time for any questions we had.
