I have never been in a settlement agreement process before and it was dumped on me by my employer who tried to bend the rules to suit them, I came across Sara via chance after an online search and she was patient and understanding with my position, she pointed out numerous errors in my employers agreement and was able to negotiate a higher payout amount for me due to this and evidence I had. Without reservation I give my highest recommendation for servies provided by Thomas Mansfield related to a severance from a former employer.
