This allowed us to make informed choices that we were both happy with about our wishes following our deaths. Absolutely unprofessional organisation, constantly giving clients false promises, the director Helen is very rude and condescending, she told me to bring it on when I told her I’d be naming and shaming her, for her unprofessional tone of voice and attitude she gave to me over the phone, I recommend you use a different firm, as they do not care about the clients, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I would highly recommend this Firm of Solicitors. They dealt with my case in a professional and understanding manner and were able to allay my worries at a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this Firm again.

Johnson Astills were professional and helpful throughout my experience. Both Nanita and Emma were very prompt in replying to any queries, I even received responses at the weekend which was very unexpected.
