I received excellent support from Kirsty and Georgia in managing my late husband’s estate, especially dealing with a very unhelpful and difficult pension company. We had put off writing our wills for a really long time as it seemed like such a complicated process. However, every part of the process was explained to us by Shivani initially and later by Kate in simple terms. This allowed us to make informed choices that we were both happy with about our wishes following our deaths. With the help and support of Johnson Astills Solicitors we have finally organised ourselves and completed our wills.

We used Johnson Astills for our wills in the 'free wills' scheme. We had worried that because the scheme was free we would receive a second rate service, how wrong we were. From the very first phone call to our final meeting and signing of the wills the service we received was excellent. Our wills were prepared by Shivani. Throughout the process Shivani listened to our concerns and requirements and dealt with them in a very professional and courteous manner, she explained everything to us in ways that we could understand and the process was dealt with expeditiously. On the odd occasion that she did not readily know the answer to our many 'what ifs' she sought out the answer from her seniors and again explained them to us. Well done Shivani, we wish you all the best in your chosen career.

We have been represented by Emery Johnson Astills Solicitors three times now and can’t thank them enough for all the help and hard work that the firm have put in each time (especially Tricia and Sunny). First Emery Johnson Astills Solicitors with Tricia at the helm of our case helped my partner, myself purchase our new family home in Somerset, they did all the searches and were very thorough in each and sent very in depth reports to us. The whole property buying process went really smoothly they listened to us and our needs and Tricia always made absolutely sure that we understood what they were telling us (as legal jargon can sometimes be confusing). Second was my mums Leicester property sale, again Tricia and Sunny dealt with my elderly mums sale and both were very kind and understanding with her. They always spoke to my mum as an equal and never spoke down to her and always took her age and understanding into consideration, they also took time with her and never rushed her which I think was a really nice touch as Solicitors are really busy people. Third was both myself and my partners Leicester property sale and again we had both Tricia and Sunny dealing with our property sale. We are so impressed and extremely pleased with the high level of service with Emery Johnson Astills Solicitors and especially Tricia and Sunny who have always treated us in a friendly way, with respect and have delivered a top quality service at a very professional level, they did all the hard work with all the communications between all relevant parties of the property purchase and sales process went really smoothly and trouble free and all this was done at very reasonable prices. They went above and beyond in their duties especially as the country was at the time going into lock down and restrictive movement, this was very much appreciated. A firm that only cares about their clients if they are paying thousands and thousands of hard earned money. Uneducated, unfit, judgemental solicitors and para legals who only want to fill their pockets. Rude, unhelpful, the list goes on. Please avoid.
