      An impressive case of why NOT to choose the online conveyancing option.

      I cannot recommend my conveyancing solicitor (Claudia Barrow) at Johnson Astills highly enough. She handled my leasehold sale with exceptional care and turned it around remarkably quickly, helping me complete ahead of the upcoming Budget when timing mattered greatly to me. Her attention to detail was outstanding at every stage. No stone was left unturned, and she kept me informed throughout. The customer service was the best I have ever received from a solicitor- and believe me, I have worked with many over the years, both on house moves and in business. It is a pleasure to work with someone who exceeds expectations so efficiently. What makes this even more impressive is that she only joined Johnson Astills in July. They have a star in the making, and she clearly has a brilliant mentor. I am hugely grateful to them both.
