I engaged Osbornes Law in late 2023 to represent me in a personal injury claim following a cycling accident. From the outset, I expected professional and diligent service, but my experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. After my original file handler left the firm, there was no meaningful handover. Communication became inconsistent, emails and calls often went unanswered, and progress on the claim slowed to a standstill. I had to chase for updates repeatedly, sometimes waiting months for a reply. It often felt as though I was managing my own case rather than being supported by my solicitors. The handling of my medical evidence was particularly poor. It took nine and a half months for Osbornes to obtain an amended report from one of their own appointed experts, despite my persistent follow-ups. Similarly, a psychiatric report recommending urgent CBT treatment was not acted upon for several months, delaying essential therapy that was meant to aid my recovery. In January 2025, I was shocked to receive a letter accusing me of deliberately misleading the firm, a completely unfounded allegation. After I filed a formal written complaint and provided evidence disproving their claim, the firm quietly changed its position, admitting that the case was being discontinued simply because they now considered the prospects of success to be below 50%. In my opinion, this reversal speaks volumes about the lack of care and professionalism with which my matter was handled. Osbornes’ approach left me feeling distressed, undermined, and unsupported at a time when I most needed competent legal guidance. I found their service reactive rather than proactive, and their case management lacking in both diligence and transparency. I have since referred my concerns to the Legal Ombudsman, as I believe the firm failed to meet even the minimum standards expected of a regulated legal practice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Osbornes Law to anyone seeking reliable or client-focused representation.

Osbornes Law has been one of the few law firms that have provided great legal advice and service for my claim. I was impressed that Osbornes were voted by The Times as Best Law firm in 2023 way back when I was searching for a reliable law firm that offered specialised representation for personal injury cases. My case worker was Megan Lambert who gave me the best service I could have asked for because her communication whether verbal or written has always been clear and concise, which increased my confidence to continue with the required effort throughout the time we worked together. Her work ethic and integrity is of a high standard and I felt she listened well, made considerate judgement and provided clarity whenever requested. I would definitely recommended Osbornes Law and have since sought their legal advice since my case was settled.

Rubbish experience. I was a victim of serious misconduct, clinical abandonment and harassment by a doctor which are corroborated by third parties. These are currently investigated by the medical regulator and the largest medical institution in the UK. And yet, when I approached Osbournes Law Solicitors about additional legal services to support navigating this mess of a situation (stating I was willing to pay privately for this) and assessing potential claims, I was told they can't help. Completely useless.

I was injured in a work accident asked Camelia to request the CCTV and contact the 3 witnesses she rarely answered my calls and emails when I went down to the office cause she didn't answer me she sent me home cause she wasn't there ,after having my file for over a year they said to look for another lawyer cause they are closing my file even though my statement and medical records prove that defendant lied in his statement. Now I'm back to square 1 after trusting them to do their job. Really disappointed and I recommended two clients too just to be told to start over. Lesson learned
