Although not the cheapest option, the service provided was outstanding from start to finish. We have had Alison work on three property transactions, our most recent was a particularly complex purchase involving an unusual leasehold structure, Alison handled it with a high level of professionalism, diligence and care throughout. Alison was thorough in identifying and explaining the legal issues, especially where these had implications for our lender and long-term security. The process was challenging, but we are so grateful for the level of scrutiny applied as it gave us confidence that we fully understood the risks and were making an informed decision. Communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt that our interests were being properly protected. Alison remained patient and supportive during what became a lengthy and sometimes stressful transaction, working constructively to help move things forward. Thanks to her persistence and attention to detail, we were ultimately able to complete with confidence. We cannot recommend Alison enough and are so grateful to have had her working on our purchase.
