Exceptional from start to finish
I cannot recommend Moorcroft's highly enough. I was previously represented by the firm in a family matter , and the service I received was outstanding. The support, professionalism and care shown throughout that process gave me complete confidence in the firm, so when the time came to draft my will, there was never any question of going anywhere else. As I imagined - making a will is a very personal and emotional process. I was nervous about discussing matters that I had never really had to think about before, and I found the whole prospect quite overwhelming. However, as soon as I met Rob, I immediately felt at ease. He was warm, approachable and incredibly understanding. While my will may have been relatively straightforward from a legal perspective, it certainly didn't feel straightforward to me. It was something I had put off for a long time, and I had many questions and concerns. Rob was patient, reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly, often more than once when I needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Given my family circumstances, there were also aspects that required additional consideration. Rob took the time to speak with Heather Lyon who had previously represented me, to gain her perspective and understanding of my circumstances. Knowing that they were working together to ensure my wishes were properly reflected in my will gave me enormous reassurance and demonstrated just how much they genuinely care about achieving the right outcome for their clients. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me informed, supported and reassured. It is difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for his help, patience and professionalism. This is now the second time I have used Moorcroft's for significant legal matters, and once again they have exceeded my expectations. What stands out is that it's not just the solicitors who provide an exceptional service. From reception to the finance team and everyone in between, every interaction has been welcoming, professional and supportive. If you're looking for a firm that combines expertise with genuine care for their clients, I would not hesitate to recommend Moorcroft's. My experiences with both Heather and Rob have been exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for the support they have given me.
