I first used Robert for my Father's LPA. On that occasion I found Robert to be a pleasure to deal with. When 12 months later and we required our Wills & LPAs. We had no hesitation in contacting Robert again. As on the first occasion we found the process to be easy thanks to Robert. We have no hesitation in recommending Robert and since arranging ours he he now looking after a another family member.

I cannot recommend Moorcroft's highly enough. I was previously represented by the firm in a family matter , and the service I received was outstanding. The support, professionalism and care shown throughout that process gave me complete confidence in the firm, so when the time came to draft my will, there was never any question of going anywhere else. As I imagined - making a will is a very personal and emotional process. I was nervous about discussing matters that I had never really had to think about before, and I found the whole prospect quite overwhelming. However, as soon as I met Rob, I immediately felt at ease. He was warm, approachable and incredibly understanding. While my will may have been relatively straightforward from a legal perspective, it certainly didn't feel straightforward to me. It was something I had put off for a long time, and I had many questions and concerns. Rob was patient, reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly, often more than once when I needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Given my family circumstances, there were also aspects that required additional consideration. Rob took the time to speak with Heather Lyon who had previously represented me, to gain her perspective and understanding of my circumstances. Knowing that they were working together to ensure my wishes were properly reflected in my will gave me enormous reassurance and demonstrated just how much they genuinely care about achieving the right outcome for their clients. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me informed, supported and reassured. It is difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for his help, patience and professionalism. This is now the second time I have used Moorcroft's for significant legal matters, and once again they have exceeded my expectations. What stands out is that it's not just the solicitors who provide an exceptional service. From reception to the finance team and everyone in between, every interaction has been welcoming, professional and supportive. If you're looking for a firm that combines expertise with genuine care for their clients, I would not hesitate to recommend Moorcroft's. Emma McNamara and David Tournafond dealt with three complex Probate matters for me. They were excellent all the way through and could not recommend highly enough.

Morecrofts have handled my late sister's estate since her passing in February 2023 . The estate has just recently been finalised and I have been provided with a very satisfactory full and comprehensive detailed set of accounts and report . The main person dealing with her estate was Mrs Emma McNamara and I have spoken to and corresponded with her on many , many occasions . ( I live in Northern Ireland ). I must say I have found her to be professional , efficient and friendly to deal with . She has been very sympathetic and understanding to me throughout this whole process . She has kept both myself and my co executor fully informed of all the actions she has taken and of any necessary action required of us . She has certainly , by her friendly manner , really helped me through this whole complicated process . David Tournafond who has been the supervising solicitor has also been easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Thank you both very much for all your help. Short and sweet. My uncle has been dead for over a year now, they are still dragging their feet with his will. Think they've earned near £900+ for their work for wasting 4 months doing NOTHING at the start. Absolute show. Go here if you want your loved one ressurected by time they've finished doing their job.
