I was recommended Leadenhall solicitors through an estate agent to sell a property. Emma Bromfield took on the job. In the pass,I’ve not had a very good experience with solicitors until now. I can’t even begin to tell you how professional but also kind and thoughtful she has been. Emma was so good at completing my property sale,that I asked her to also deal with my remortgage with name removal. She was upfront with costs. Informative,telling me what I need to do and explaining anything i didn’t understand. Emma replied to my very many,many emails so quickly that she made me feel like I was her only client. Most importantly,she reduced the stress I was going through,just by doing everything she can to make things move along as quickly as possible. I’ll definitely be keeping Emma’s details incase I need a solicitor in the future.

Jasmyn was fantastic for us throughout the buying and selling process, helped us with any questions we had immediately, and kept us up to date at all times on both the buying and selling process. The Hoowla app is really helpful in securely sending and receiving documents but Jasmyn and I also met face to face at the Leadenhall offices to drop off original copies of documents. Through the initial exchange of documents with the sellers, I felt Jasmyn had a keen eye for detail and helped tie together seller responses against our survey, to make sure there were no unanswered questions. As we neared the exchange date, Dally provided extra help, Dally was also excellent and as a team they worked really well together for us, they were both prompt on the phone or email with any questions we had, and updates from buyer/seller solicitors throughout. We didn’t have to chase once throughout the process and we felt we were fully up to date at all times, particularly in the run up to exchange, agreeing a completion date and on completion date itself. Offer to Completion was just over 2 months and fell over Christmas, so it was a very quick process but we never felt pressured on either side of the transaction, felt fully supported throughout by Jasmyn and Dally, who helped make it a relatively stress free process!

Selling and buying for my elderly mother. Emma was so efficient and supportive throughout and was easy to talk to and very approachable during the time she took over the case right till the end. There was a delay on completion day but she kept me informed throughout. Even after completion she called to make sure my mother and me were ok. Excellent service by her and i would highly recommend Emma. Thankyou so much .
