Emma Dwyer handled the conveyancing on our recent purchase, which came with more than its fair share of complexity, including a Grade II listed property, a lease extension, a deed of variation and an unstable chain that came close to collapsing twice. Emma was excellent throughout. She was always contactable, consistently went above and beyond to find solutions and remained calm and pragmatic even when it felt as though a new problem appeared at every turn. She focused on what could be controlled, kept everything moving where possible and, just as importantly, kept us calm throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful process. A huge thank you as well to Sarah and Farah, who handled our associated sale with the same level of care and professionalism.
