She was efficient and effective in all her work, which, even more importantly dealt with matters quickly, responding by return to any questions raised.

Leadenhall Law Group acted excellently as conveyancers through the purchase of my first flat (and additionally through my initial unsuccessful purchase that fell through), and I would like to thank Emma and Kacey in particular for their hard work. They were both clearly knowledgeable and professional in their practice, with particularly efficient summaries of significant documents and forms, and subsequent actions to complete as the process advanced. While I did note on occasion requesting prompter updates of the process and chasing this information myself, I cannot fault the efficiency of their work, delivering the completion of my flat in a little over two months against the mortgage offer expiry date arranged for my first unsuccessful flat purchase, a fantastic achievement that I'm incredibly grateful for. I recommend them thoroughly as solicitors.

My partner and I had a very disappointing experience with Leadenhall Law Group during a property purchase attempt in Spring 2025. The case was managed by Zahra Ahmadi and Dally Rashid, and throughout the process we faced persistent delays, limited communication, and a lack of meaningful updates. This created considerable stress and left us feeling unsupported at key points. The final pre‑exchange report revealed several irregularities that we had received no prior warning or indication of. Given the seriousness of these issues, we ultimately decided to withdraw from the purchase, a decision we are now relieved to have made. Based on our experience, we would not recommend LLG for conveyancing and would encourage others to actively avoid using this firm.

I have used Michael McNally numerous times for sales and purchases. There's a reason for this, he always keeps you informed, updated and deals with any problems straightaway. Basically, he makes it easy. I would highly recommend him and have done so.
