After calling literally 40 or so solicitors to try to get a basic understanding of whatever I had an employment claim, with not one willing to even give an answer that wasn't wrapped up in a £300 to 400 an hour fee to even give a most basic yes or no, James and Kathrine were so understanding and professional with clear advice what would be needed moving forward and the path forward without an initial charge.
