The nature of the conveyancing we set Will at Shacklock's turned out to be not quite as straight forward as we thought but he guided us through the various challenges and with his expertise and advice it was all finalised and success was achieved. We have used Shacklocks many times before regarding conveyancing and wills. We appointed Shaclocks as the solicitor recommended by Derbyshire Estate Agents in Belper had ceased trading due to a regulatory issue which was outside of our control. Given we were a long way down the line Jordanna quickly assessed the situation and very professionally responded to our needs. The whole experience once we had appointed Shaclocks was one of calm old school professionalism thanks to Jordanna!
We received excellent advice and efficient service when we decided to renew our will. Everything was well explained and the various options clearly set out. The will was written within a short time and we both felt reassured at all points of the process. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the
Shaclocks we're helpful and accommodating to my particular requirements. Meetings were punctual and friendly both the meetings and email answers to my queries were informative and well explained.
I have dealt with Shacklocks on several occasions and each time I have found a personal touch to their service, the legal knowledge is excellent, but you can ask questions and get specific answers during your meetings, a luxury not found with some of the cheaper on-line solicitors.

Ours was a complex sale which necessitated additional expertise. Thankfully Christalla was calm and efficient throughout and she managed the whole process successfully. I will quite miss her cool efficiency.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from start to finish made my first purchase stress free! I cannot recommend Shacklock highly enough, and especially want to thank Jordanna and Christalla for all their hard work guiding me through my very first property purchase. This is the second time we have used Shacklocks Conveyancing services and once again have been very pleased. Christalla has dealt with all aspects of the sale promptly. Communication has been excellent throughout the process.
We used Shacklocks to deal with the conveyancing of our family home after mum went to live in a care home. Christalla Betts was the professional that dealt with the matter and she was excellent. She was very professional, made contact at appropriate times throughout, explained matters thoroughly and importantly just got on with it before concluding the business in a timely manner. Christalla had to meet with mum in the care home, during the meeting she was very compassionate and took mums condition into account. We were very happy with Shacklocks and the work of Christalla who is a credit to the company.
From start to finish. I've had nothing but help and guidance. They have been there to help me from the moment I first went in. Down to dropping their day plans to go to court with me at literally a moments notice. I would highly recommend using this firm especially marcella. I cant thank them enough for all their help.
