My experience with Rothera Bray was genuinely appalling. Communication was consistently poor, emails and calls went unanswered for weeks at a time, and I was repeatedly left chasing for basic updates that should have been proactively provided. What would have been a fairly stressfull legal process was exacerbated greatly due to delays, lack of transparency, and an apparent absence of accountability. I often felt like my case was an inconvenience rather than a priority. I sincerely believe they gave me bad advice in order to have me as a client. For a firm that promotes professionalism and client care, the reality fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Homebuyers beware of this place. I was a first time buyer and never informed by my solicitor the house I was purchasing was a probate sale. She dropped it two months into the sale process. The staggering incompetence is beyond belief. I will not trust this firm with drafting up my dog’s will. And to this date, I have never received an apology for their mammoth blunder. I do not recommend this firm ever.
