A professional, friendly and straightforward process in updating our will and organising some LPA agreements. The team of Lucy Savage with assistance of Shakira Akinyombo and latterly, Isobel Dawkins-Stean (who took over from Lucy) were great throughout, everything was explained to our great satisfaction in "non-legal speak", and costs were all outlined in advance. Excellent service from everyone, many thanks!

Garnder Leader prepared our Wills for us. Before making a decision, I spoke to 4 other firms but was immediately impressed with the legal secretary I spoke to, she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very quickly found someone local to us to assist us. We then met Maddie who again was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She spent a large amount of time understanding what we wanted and crucially what we needed and took time to answer a lot of questions and to answer them simply and plainly. We are very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Maddie and the firm. Thank you so much.

Hana and her team at Gardner Leader provided excellent service for me during the sale of my late grandmother's retirement flat. We hit various delays and snags along the way, but GL were always prompt and clear with their communication. I can't fault them and would absolutely use them again.
