    Too afraid to tackle the difficult cases

    Despite overwhelming evidence these solicitors are not willing to push themselves for their clients… unless they have exceptional odds of winning. As such their skill level will never increase nor their expertise improve. Waste of time and money but more significantly extremely disappointing and upsetting when a company that we were challenging have simply got away with what they’ve done and left us utterly in the lurch.

    No solicitor is cheap, but when you are charged premium prices and get poor, tardy service with no communication you have reason to be unhappy. Mfg's response to my complaint was to defend their service by threatening to take me to court for non payment of their fees. No discount was offered for a job that took 18 months and should have been completed in six. This is a firm to avoid.
