I appointed Jacynta Walsh to manage the conveyancing for the sale of my property and onward purchase. The service Jacynta provided was excellent Jacynta always answered my calls, was extremely professional helpful and provided clear information and hard work to reach the exchange on the sale and purchase. Both Jacynta and Francesca kept me up to date with any information. I would highly recommend Jacynta.

Thank you Julie, for the feedback
I moved from Sydney, Australia at the end of November 2025 and was given Wace Morgan's name by an estate agent and am so grateful for that. Debby Gittins was very helpful initially as were both Jacynta Walsh and Francesca Crook. The conveyancing for the house I bought was not straight forward. I have also drawn up new powers of attorneys with Bill Rowe.

Esther was very kind, thoughtful, caring and most of all, very professional in her approach to what was, and still is, a very difficult time for us. Family circumstances can very quickly and easily take a nasty turn. I am grateful for Esther's attention to detail and her perfectly worded communications with 'the other side'. If I am to need similar help in the future I will certainly head straight for Esther again. Thank you.

Wace Morgan provided clear and professional advice throughout the purchase of a property. Even though there was a change in personnel midway through, in the hand over was seamless. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Clare Dalby and her entire team. Clare was extremely professional, supportive and dedicated throughout my case. She always did everything she could to support me and guide me through a very difficult period. As a former Gurkha soldier, one of my main reasons for pursuing my case was my hope that positive changes could be made so that future junior soldiers would not have to go through similar experiences. Clare understood how important this was to me and supported me throughout the process. I feel very lucky to have had Clare as my solicitor. During one of the toughest times in my life, she gave me hope and reassurance when I needed it most. I am truly grateful for her hard work, compassion and support, as well as that of her entire team. I would highly recommend Clare and her team to anyone looking for a professional, caring and dedicated solicitor.

We contacted Wace Morgan after a neighbour created a dam which caused our fields to flood over the winter months. Esther was very helpful in starting a dialogue with the perpetrators. Ultimately we have managed to resolve the issue harmoniously but I am sure that this is because the offenders were made aware that we would use litigation if necessary.
