Kate and Teresa responded to our queries relating to the sale of a property promptly and professionally. I am not surprised at the other fantastic reviews here…We have very recently used Anri in our conveyancing process when selling and purchasing our new home, which was not without hiccups! Anri and the team at Risdon’s were exceptional with their responsiveness and guidance, far exceeding our experiences previously. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and to have a ‘human’ experience was wonderful. We also dealt with Sam B at the Taunton office who was very friendly and helpful, putting my mind at great ease. Thank you all, so much! ☺️
We had a fantastic experience with Michelle, who handled the sale of our property. She was incredibly professional, helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. One of the things we appreciated most was how proactive Michelle was - we never felt like we needed to chase her for updates or progress, as she was always one step ahead and kept everything moving.
