    New Wills for myself and my wife

    Although my wife and I were very nervous about completing our Wills and it had taken quite a while for us to approach a Solicitor. We were recommended to approach Risdon's in Wellington. we were not disappointed, and put at ease straight away by Sarah Back who was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything a couple of times!!! So that we understood what we were doing. I would have no hesitation in using Risdons again and would recommend them to anyone wanting an approachable, friendly service. Thank you.

    We instructed solicitors for the assistance with probate. At an upsetting time we didn't feel that the proper degree of tact was used in communications. We were using the service as we didn't feel comfortable in our knowledge of how to proceed and didn't feel this was appropriately explained. On the whole the job got done and I believe they save us money on inheritance tax but I wasn't satisfied in how it was done.
