Doug has been the main reason we secured an EOTAS package for our son from a particular difficult Local Authority. His knowledge and contacts are second to none but it was the fact that he truly cared about our situation and was doing everything he could to get the right outcome that shone through. It seemed like he felt personally aggrieved at the way we were being treated by the Local Authority and wasn't going to stand for it. I would highly recommend Douglas and appreciated his straight talking, honest approach that got straight to the point. He really was all action rather than just words.

Aysha is really caring and understands my cultural background. She appreciates the stress of the process and tries to put me at ease each time before our hearing. Still have a long journey with the firm but satisfied so far. Expensive though but this is the situation with the UK court proceedings and cannot risk it with cheaper less qualified solicitors

Charlotte Middleditch and the Geldards education team were outstanding throughout our son’s EHCP appeal. From the beginning, Charlotte was calm, clear and completely focused on achieving the right outcome for our child. She understood the emotional pressure we were under as parents, but also kept everything practical, strategic and moving in the right direction. Her advice was always clear, honest and reassuring. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail. Charlotte took the time to understand our son’s needs properly, worked closely with the evidence, pushed the case forward firmly, and kept us updated at every important stage. This is a very good law firm. Speaking to barrister Douglas Hammond at a SEN charity law seminar helped me to pursue the idea of steering my national children’s disability inclusion campaign into legal action.
Looked after by Bridget, 100% genuine and very nice. The receptionist was also very helpful, chatted, and made us feel welcome. Overall, they kept us updated and answered emails within hours, not day/weeks. Would definitely recommend this firm above all others. (NOT TO BIG FOR THERE BOOTS)
