    I instructed Andrew Best of HSR Law to handle the sale of my shares in the company that I part owned, and the service was excellent from day one. Andrew was professional, proactive and always quick to emails and calls. Andrew obviously was dealing with many cases besides mine, but at no time did I feel he wasn't providing me with the best service. The agreement that we reached in terms of the sale of my shares was everything I had hoped for.     Awful ‘law firm’ - do not instruct to act on your behalf!! We signed up to HSR law through ASAP Purchase, via our estate agents. They were a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. Within 3 minutes of receiving an invoice for searches, we paid it. Five weeks later, still no contact regarding the searches or any results. I tried to reach our solicitor Alison 34 times in the 3 months that they were acting on our behalf at not once was the call answered or even returned. I was even asked at one point what date our purchasing property was built!!!! That’s why I’ve been paying you!! It took me paying to obtain building completion certificates from the council to realise that the house we were purchasing had been incorrectly listed and planning permission did not match with the number of erected dwellings in the property. On the day prior to completion we heard nothing from the solicitor. No confirmation that our funds had been released by our mortgage provider or even a guide of what to expect on a completion day. We heard nothing on completion day except for a generic email when our house has sold and another at 4pm when our house had sold. Absolutely rubbish avoid avoid avoid. If you want a personal service, with swift responses and kind updates look elsewhere

    Outstanding work and so well communicated. I work closely with HSR Law on new Articles, Shareholders Agreement and the reclassification of shares.       Well where do I even start. I put my house up for sale on Boxing Day last year and things just didn’t go my way at all (for all sorts of reasons). Amount of work that Alison and Louise had to do for us to finally complete is actually unreal. There was a lot of chasing involved and a lot of enquiries. They were both on it and chasing as much as possible and keeping me updated at all times. I am so grateful for everything they have done and for making our dream come true. Knowing that I always had them both on the other end of the phone made me feel relaxed about the whole process. Absolutely amazing service and I will always recommend them both to my friends and family. The best team!

      From beginning to end an outstanding service which offers good value for money. Selling a house is considered to be a stressful experience. A lot of paperwork and some legal terms that the average person would struggle to understand. Any queries I had were explained patiently and in a way that I could understand easily. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly in a friendly a professional manner. Never once did I have to chase HSR Law for a progress report on the sale. I would paticularly like to thank Charlie Mai Covel who dealt with the vast majority of my queries and emails. You made my life a lot easier! Thanks also to Emma Whiting the lawyer who dealt with the sale.
