We received a great service from Mr Colin Murphy and his team. Mr Murphy listened to our request and gave us both good sound advice. Overall we are very happy with the service and advice we received.

The work done was very clear and all questions answered even 'spur of the moment' matters were dealt with quickly and effeciently. A friend of my late wife asked if I could recommend a solicitor for Will purposes and I recommended Backhouse. She later advised me that she was more than satisfied with the recommendation.

The team were helpful and worked through some challenges with the property well. There were times when they could have provided better clearer information requests to prevent ongoing back and fourths but overall we are happy with the service. Property purchase was complete. The worked through the Attenuation tank issue well and were able to advise us on that. The team did an excellent job at delivering exactly what we expected, even through some challenges which looked as though were going to kibosh the purchase.
Excellent service from Catie Blair and Chelse Blackley in the selling and purchasing of my properties. Cannot fault, from beginning to end. Very efficient, and professional service and prompt response to any queries i had. Highly recommend.
