Colin was very helpful and dealt with my Uncle's probate professionally and efficiently. As my Uncle's estate was intestate, he gave good avice in protecting my liabilities as administrator of the estate. He responded positively to my requests and gave good advice when required. He was prompt in responding to emails. I was impressed when his team pursued an old certificate of John Lewis shares which stumped John Lewis in realising the value of the shares. They were able to achieve a successful outcome due to their tenacity in dealing with this. I was especially grateful for this as these shares were a matter of pride for my Uncle.

Response to queries and concerns were dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously. The team, led by Sharan were great. I can't thank you enough for helping to bring this sale to a successful completion. I would like to thank Sharan in particular for her kindness and consideration to myself and my husband. We were very anxious throughout the 28 days between exchange of contracts and completion and Sharan managed to reassure us and remain confident throughout. The buyer also proved challenging both before and after completion. Sharan also continued to advise us on how to handle him. Thank you! All staff were very helpful and responsive. If I phoned, I was confident that my calls would be well handled and messages would be passed on and dealt with. This doesn't sound like a great deal but, as a customer, it means a lot especially when so many companies use AI-generated call handling, which is impersonal and often frustratingly unhelpful
