I contacted Backhouse solicitors several times by telephone. I emailed them and even went in person to have some documents certified. This was obviously too much trouble for them to make a simple appointment for me and they didn’t bother to get back to me. I know it’s a small matter and wouldn’t generate much money for them but I’m surprised at such poor customer service and care.

While we can't always see you immediately if we aren't expecting you, we should certainly have offered you a later appointment and I have fed that back to the team. I believe that Reception did email you after you called on Tuesday, but I quite understand that you may have decided to go elsewhere by then. Property Purchase
The team were helpful and worked through some challenges with the property well. There were times when they could have provided better clearer information requests to prevent ongoing back and fourths but overall we are happy with the service. Property purchase was complete. The worked through the Attenuation tank issue well and were able to advise us on that. The team did an excellent job at delivering exactly what we expected, even through some challenges which looked as though were going to kibosh the purchase.
