A subsequent partnership with Mark Fairweather from Leiston gave rise to the firm of Fairweather Stephenson & Co which the current Managing Director, Patrick Cooney, joined in 1995. The practice has operated from its premises in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe for many years and continues to increase its client base under the new name of Fairstep Solicitors. We undertake many different areas of legal work, which can be found on our services page, together with particulars of our hardworking team. Used for conveyancing having been recommended by estate agent. Very quick to act at the beginning of the process, good email communication. Once near to exchange & completion very efficient in sending electronic documents to be signed and good communication on exchange & completion day. Only one negative in that I emailed a question which didn’t relate directly to the sale of the property which I did have to chase a couple of times.
