A subsequent partnership with Mark Fairweather from Leiston gave rise to the firm of Fairweather Stephenson & Co which the current Managing Director, Patrick Cooney, joined in 1995. The practice has operated from its premises in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe for many years and continues to increase its client base under the new name of Fairstep Solicitors. We undertake many different areas of legal work, which can be found on our services page, together with particulars of our hardworking team. We pride ourselves on offering a personal and professional service to all our clients and we ensure a proactive approach is taken to all of our work.

I dealt with Charlene during my staircasing process with my shared ownership property. She was always quick to reply to any requests or emails and always very pleasant to deal with.
