Have dealt mainly with Sarah Dellow (Bury St Edmunds) Super efficient young lady. Responded to my very few queries by return. Spoke plain straightforward English. My Will was drafted, agreed and signed in a very short time. Very, very impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend Atkins Dellow Solicitors if all their staff have the same work ethic.

All good with many thanks to Emily & Co. Just one minor criticism. We came into your Framlingham office, by appointment, to sign our contract, etc. This involved one contentious point for discussion and also required the documents to be read over to my visually impaired wife. I think we should have been seen in a private interview room instead of the reception area. We were told the interview rooms were 'in use' but I suspect this only meant that members of your staff were using them and did not care to be disturbed. I was expecting good things as I was recommended Atkins Dellow by someone who had been very pleased with Georgia's work for their house sale. Responded to questions and queries quickly. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Some lack of attention to detail. Missing forms, incorrect names and addresses. I expected better attention to detail for legal documents and from previous experience. As long as you are willing to thoroughly scrutinise every document Atkins Dellow probably perform better than some other solicitors. They were willing to provide advice and answer queries and got the job done within a reasonable time frame.
