We have had the pleasure of working with Sophie Button who is efficient, highly professional and worked hard to complete on a recent property purchase. She was extremely thorough in interpreting a complicated lease and helped guide our son in the purchase of his flat. Xinfu Wang was also absolutely delightful and both Sophie and Xinfu were extremely responsive during the whole conveyancing process. Lovely helpful reception staff at Peacocks too.

A really excellent service. After the conveyancing firm I'd previously used were shut down by the SRA (without having registered by property with the Land Registry), I had to instruct new conveyancers to complete the work. Peacock & Co was recommended to me by my neighbours. Amber, who took on my case, was superb. She was communicative, helpful, and highly efficient. The Land Registry process is now complete. After having a really terrible experience with my previous conveyancers, I am really grateful to have had such a positive experience with this firm.
