After a few failed transactions with buyers, Peacocks were conscious that the latest buyer had to be handled quickly and all documentation completed speedily to get to a close well within the deadlines. Peacocks did this.

Statutory demand
Was recommended to Peacock and Co due to there expertise in dealing with statutory demands from a rogue trader. Most people will know that choosing the right and honest Solicitors is an Art of Luck in it's self, but for once I had struck it perfectly lucky with this firm. I was introduced to A Mr Daniel Bolster, which was a godsend. He was polite, professional and on the ball. Make sure your paperwork is up to scratch and you haven't left any minute details out, because he will discover the gaps, and politely ask you to get your act together and send all relevant information, but that due diligence is a good thing, and what you require in a problem solver. When I had to attend the offices a few times to sign paperwork, the receptionists where very helpful and welcoming. Very good service, I shall use them again and recommend.

Flat sale and house purchase
We worked with Ema Jones and Amber Walter on both the sale of our flat in 2022 and subsequent purchase of our house in 2023. They are meticulous in their queries to the other parties to put our best interest at the forefront of both transactions. They were always happy to answer any queries we had, and to assist in chasing the other solicitors especially to move to completion on our house purchase.
