A really excellent service. After the conveyancing firm I'd previously used were shut down by the SRA (without having registered by property with the Land Registry), I had to instruct new conveyancers to complete the work. Peacock & Co was recommended to me by my neighbours. Amber, who took on my case, was superb. She was communicative, helpful, and highly efficient. The Land Registry process is now complete. After having a really terrible experience with my previous conveyancers, I am really grateful to have had such a positive experience with this firm. Excellent service from Peacock's in relation to obtaining probate on an estate and performing the conveyancing for a related property sale. All the staff I dealt with were responsive and helpful and the charges were in line with what was originally quoted. Would certainly use them again.
