We used Elite Law for the sale of our property, and I cannot thank Joseph Lewis and Mia Taylor enough for the way they handled what became an extremely difficult and stressful transaction. Our sale was anything but straightforward. There were repeated delays from the other side, unclear timescales, lender-related issues, and a huge amount of uncertainty around exchange and completion. At times, we were living out of suitcases, had belongings in storage, and were under real pressure trying to plan our lives around dates that kept moving. Throughout all of this, Joseph and Mia were calm, professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. They chased when needed, explained things clearly, kept us updated, and did everything they could to push the matter forward.
