I first met Ian Cranefield in September 2017 to seek advice about taking up an abuse of an elderly relation case. He immediately put me at ease as explained things to me in terms i could understand. He has always responded in a swift manner to any enquiries i have made and has explained procedure at every step. If I was to find myself in need of a solicitor in the future I would make him my first port of call.

I don’t know where to start with this. Our nightmare ended on the 5th November 2025 but it has taken me this long to be able to rwrite this as I have not been dealing with the after effects of the whole thing. What I will categorically say is that Amanda (my man of steel) was the best and I believe there is no better. She knew me from day one and understood how I needed to be dealt with. A true professional in every aspect and although I was completely innocent I don’t believe anyone had my back like Amanda did. For that I am forever grateful. Thank you Amanda.
