From the very beginning, Sophie was absolutely amazing. She was honest and transparent with me from the outset, which I really valued, and I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. She explained things clearly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that anything was a problem. What really stood out to me was how personable and approachable Sophie was. She built such a great rapport with me, and I always felt comfortable speaking openly with her. My case was handled by Leonie Millard and her team. I was misdiagnosed by my GP and had a Laryngectomy as a result. Although not having seen this before, everyone involved did their best to understand what it involved and the complexity of living with it. The case itself, as expected, took quite a while to come to conclusion and even though numerous attempts were made to scupper our case Leonie saw it through to a successful conclusion.
