All the way through the process she communicated with us clearly and simply and was able to explain and advise on the risks assuredly. We also did not have to chase - she fully understood the timescales and worked hard to keep the transactions going at pace. In the end we had to exchange and complete quickly due to the circumstances of the purchase (outside of our control) and Leila managed it through to conclusive fluently with minimum fuss.
