Mr. Alex Crabbe needs to be the choice when contacting this firm, he responds fast with clear messages. He gave me a choice of payment methods, hrly rate or fixed price, I went for the fixed price so I know the ceiling of charges due to budget, the fixed price was fair too and I think I made saving that way too. Will choose Alex Crabbe again, if you did, you will not be disappointed .

We appointed Leila as our solicitor for a sale and purchase transaction - she was fantastic. All the way through the process she communicated with us clearly and simply and was able to explain and advise on the risks assuredly. We also did not have to chase - she fully understood the timescales and worked hard to keep the transactions going at pace. In the end we had to exchange and complete quickly due to the circumstances of the purchase (outside of our control) and Leila managed it through to conclusive fluently with minimum fuss.
