Excellent experience with Jim Murphy - very helpful and experienced - extremely easy process and look forward to working again in future.

First time buyers and they were recommended by our mortgage advisor. Very patient with us getting all details for them and very professional

Clare & Sophie, Many thanks for being there for us with your your kind help and understanding to our many questions etc.

I fully trust in the services at Fiona Bruce. Every person I deal with there is professional, knowledgeable, capable and efficient. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I went to Darwin Gray seeking help with the transfer of ownership on a property, and Lorna (Fraser) was excellent. She was professional and timely, regularly going out of her way to give me the correct advice. She made the process, which had been stressful prior to her involvement, really easy to follow and I wouldn't hesitate to procure her services in the future. Thanks again Lorna!

We appointed Leila as our solicitor for a sale and purchase transaction - she was fantastic. All the way through the process she communicated with us clearly and simply and was able to explain and advise on the risks assuredly. We also did not have to chase - she fully understood the timescales and worked hard to keep the transactions going at pace. In the end we had to exchange and complete quickly due to the circumstances of the purchase (outside of our control) and Leila managed it through to conclusive fluently with minimum fuss. We can't thank her enough! Would definitely recommend.

Sadie has been immensely helpful and supportive throughout our first ever remortgage process. The initial contact was fast and clear and I understood everything that was required from me. Sadie kept constant communication and answered every question promptly and with full details so I was never left unsure of the answer given. Couldn’t recommend enough

Kellie Darke is quick, efficient and doesn't suffer slow conveyancers from the 'other side' gladly! Really easy to deal with and answered my dumb questions kindly and promptly.

Deepa helped me with sorting out my ID1 form and went above and beyond to help answer any questions I had. Lovely staff and would definitely choose them again

Sophie Ellis dealt with our sale in an efficient manner and there were no hidden extras in the charges etc.

Excellent, responsible service, providing clear and helpful advice over a protracted negotiation for the sale of lanbd with planning obligations.
