We enjoyed first class support from Jonathan Chung on a property transaction that was both time sensitive and at times complex. It was a unique experience in that we found ourselves chased by the solicitor, it is usually the other way around. Jon was extremely prompt, diligent and very commercial in his approach.

I was grateful for Rachael Latham's persistence I found it slightly annoying that Rachael's mode of communication was to send an email with a letter attached rather than just sending me an email. This takes longer to access and is harder to deal with on the phone
